Is this WAI, or should it go in the bug section? Just saw 50 damage come out of 4 steps through this stuff.
Actually, lava properly calculates to deal 8 damage per minimum movement amount. Lightning terrain currently deals 5 points of damage per tile covered. No difference with 1x1 units, enormous difference with 2x2 units. While lightning terrain deals only 62.5% the damage of laval to 1x1 units, it deals 225% the damage of lava to 2x2 units.
Yes, 2x2 walking through will take 5 per square it covers. 2 per AP spent. 4 spaces, 40 dmg. The other ten, possibly on cast?
One 1/4 entry step, one 3/4 step, and two full 4/4 steps exactly killed a Nefari Guardian with banner (guarding a 2x2). With 12 tiles of total entry at 5 damage per tile, that's 5*12. That's exactly 60 damage.
so it instantly killed a nefari guardian? I am pretty sure its working as intended. Somebody trade me one of these things.
wow....this would be fun in an st/is split. instant kills on any and all 2x2 units without unstoppable suppose is/fw could do it with domination as well
- But but...it deals no damage if you stand still. My bad I killed said nef guardian...but he shouldn't go bodyguarding all the damn time
- It was ironic because the bodyguarded unit had arroweater and I couldn't slam it..so he found a way to let me kill it.
First, this was from a different game than any one you played. I was watching a guild game. Second, you can still hit Arrow Eater units from range if they are protected by Bodyguard because of how the prevention layering works (I'm going to have to double check that, though).
- Yes , that's the irony..bodyguard was unecessary because it allowed me to damage his units ultimately when I could not previously
The lightning terrain ability is buggy as Firk as well as being straight up better than Unstable Ground. brb crying
