Whatever happened to that old guy who told Ragnar he wanted to die in battle. Did he die or just go away or something?
You have a real problem with being obscure, if you want reliable answers you're going to have to start being more specific, doubly so since I don't know what episodes you saw so if I mistake the person you talking about it could be a spoiler.
He died. He was killed in one of the battles. You even saw him smile to Ragnar as he was drawing his finale breath on the battlefield.
