I know there is a heavy emphasis on getting current themes into balance and stuff, but I was thinkin.... so there are all lot of themes in the game and I was thinkin, what are some possibilities for new themes in the future? these could include expanding upon some current idea (FW/ST hoarfrost) or something entirely new. What do you guys think? And throw out what would make the theme (I.e. Zombie apocalypse makes the zombie theme a thing)?
Do you mean new races? something entirely new on the faction or the proliferation of combinations within new abilities on current races to make bgs around?
I heard that exp 28 will have some focus on split runes. The FS things mentioned were mutating Salaman, which would be FS/SL i presume and some kind of Monk theme possibly (cant remember) which would probably be FS/ST. Both sound cool and kinda tie in with the topic of the OP. I kinda hope myself that FW/ST is perhaps elaborated on in exp 28 but that may be wishful thinking. At the very least, if exp 28 does have a focus on split runes, it should create some new options, decks and such.

And I can easily find people saying FW is horrible atm, and that they're not playing because of that. I think I'll include FW into my not-talking-about list, along with religion, and politics. They're all the same in that talking about them is never constructive and makes people feel uncomfortable.
My question is what qualifies as "exotic" porn? Is any porn that isn't about "the girl next door" exotic? Does the porn need an international "theme" to be exotic? My questions demand answers!
Anything! Preferably something that can be expanded upon easily, but new racials, theme enablers, cool ideas, split themes, anything! There are always the buff x to make it a theme (acid/fire deck for example) but preferably something a little more original than taking a weak theme and making it stronger
I used to run FW Dragons bro. Hoarfrost, Utterdark Levi, Draco Lich, Nectotaur, Polluted Martyr, fallen draksar and a whole bunch of flying Bane Shift
I would answer, but I don't want my posts deleted. About the thread yea, FW has some insanely efficient champions, which would be instant meta in any other faction. Hence why I despise their bonus so much.
Seductresses - Combine new and existing female champions with Charm/Abash with abilities that trigger off the Charmed condition. Hunter Charmed Heartbreak (Activated) - Charmed champions within 5 spaces become Evicerated 3. Attraction (Activated) - Target Charmed champion is relocated next to this one.
depends at wat skill level your playing, fw probably can do better at lower ranks against people who don't understand how it works. Whenever you are talking about the strength of a bg you need to clarify at wat skill level and against wat strength opposing bgs. There are rarely fw mains in the top 10 even though fw is the most popular faction in the game and there's a reason for that.
the game already has a good amount of races, themes, and classes. They just need to be further developed and expanded upon. Alot of them are still incomplete(jakei?), not really even started(centaur), or still suck(most in the game).
Just because a race exists doesn't mean it's a theme. Some themes are supported via direct abilities, others are more of an emergent property. As for new themes, don't expect completely new stuff like Leoss or Stitched again for a bit, but things like Salaman rework is definitely in the cards.
Every expansion we keep on expanding on the same stuff though. Draksar, dwarves, elves, and skeezick are getting old stop making them lol. All those themes have like 3 pages of champs, make the old ones viable or just leave them alone. Nobody wants leoss or stitched ever, splits are terrible for this game and have caused nothing but chaos since release. Their are many many current themes that are on the cusp of being playable competitively. Under Depths goblins, imps, elementals Forglar Jellys, full aquatics, beasts Forsaken wastes worms and soultap bgs could use some things Ironfist stronghold grints,paladins, wings need something more still K'thir archer ranger synergy, garu, centaur, beasts, treefolk, the only viable themes for k'thir now is good stuff magic amp and vashal after all the hard nerfs Savage Tundra beasts, yetis, endless devotion shenanigans, ferren, owls, lonx, no more freaking jakei Shattered peaks slags, structs, make some small cyclops so they aren't just annoying as Bane Shift to play, no more voil or moga they need buffed but they are basically fleshed out oh and slags Sundered lands Anything but draksar or skeezicks myx,mutants, amp acid, sand could use a bit more You also have probably the most devoted player base throwing rune ideas and new race ideas out every day on rune ideas forum. Start using that to your advantage, have more contests and get your loyal player base involved. Go back to doing some art contests like you did back in the day. Do something because people are getting bored with expansion and then nerf op runes.
