Mercy in a Chop Block Deck

What do you guys think about it? Personally I think its Firking brilliant!

chop blocks should be banned from ranked and or reworked. I hate this type of cheese bs. -___-

Mercy gives you nora and more low health targets but do you really need nora in a chop deck? And you give up half your cooldown reduction.

 

Devils has ran Mercy in every IS/x for the last couple of years.

Not like nora gen wins games

Oddly enough, as the blocks chops and the end of your turn, the 'Mercied' champ won't revive until the end of the turn of your opponent, so... more preparation time is given.
