try playing sl and using it before commenting. the whole reason it was limited to 4 uses in the first place was because it was 4-8 range, keeping that part while reducing the range to 2-5 is just dumb.

 

I agree with you, drake tooth rifle was good but it wasn't op until they introduced a ******** ability that handed it out. They could have reduced the range and removed the breaking condition and instead gave a longer cool down. Instead we get a seriously nerfed rune.
