Quite possibly, though not quite on the same level as it would be if it included the swarmed summons.

Yeti spirit is still a thing so I give this release and the patch a thumbs down. Just get's old seeing runes not nerfed properly over years, i'll return in another few weeks.
I do love the frond. She is not straight to the point powerful but brings a lot to the table in other areas. I have had fun trying different variations with her to see what the most powerful/competitive combination would be (naria and mother seem to be the best atm), but the other bgs have been entertaining and it is fun to see them work. As an honorary mention, Naria strangler is great and her conduit can have some very funny implications like when i stole colossal from a stitched tyrant and gave it to my ambling frond
Kinda makes sense that it would be a terrible matchup -- SP's positioning tricks and technical power turns matter a lot less against weaker, more diffuse champions, and the spread out, low HP of moga makes them highly susceptible to grindy DoTs, Auras, etc.
............i think youre missing the key part where zombies are a swarming theme and moga are easily swarmed
