Do you really think the developers somehow believed that the loading screen is more important than fixing bugs?

 

the glowing this was a test to see if a thing like that create problems.

 

The reason for this is that they have a different person to do each different thing, the new images and stuff will have been done by zuo who has nothing to do with fixing bugs, which will probably be down to Gedden who is busy with the revamp.

You can cast it, but it basically never triggers. The opponent will deploy, but the effect doesn't go off. It's actually very hit or miss, with "miss" getting a strong priority. Every once in a blue moon it will trigger as normal, but 90% of the time it just doesn't go off at all. False Orders will probably end up becoming the new Conduit, in that it will simply be forgotten about and nothing will be done (of course since Conduit is actually working now, we might see that change in a few years or so).
