I am getting the feeling that you need to make an OT dream journal.

I had one once.

it wasnt too well received. Texts were too long and the input was too unsteady.
Even after saying that everyone was invited to write his/her dreams in it. People just wouldnt for the most part.

I don't dream. So it's weird for me. At the very least I have never woken during the middle of a dream so I don't know that I never dream, I am quite possibly just not aware of it.

Lucid dreaming (being aware that you dream and take actions) is trainable. You just got to realize that you are in fact sleeping.
