it was delicious... just snipper a large onion, put it in a pan with some oil for a minute, add 2 courgettes quartered and sliced, put it all in an oven dish, put the salmon on top of that. then-

- spread 500 grams of halved cherry tomatoes on there, then crumple and sprinkle 150-200 grams of white greek/goat cheese on that. then sprinkle some oil ( I cheaped out and put dried basil in the oil instead of fresh later) oven 200 C for 25 minutes.

oh the courgetted with the onion for 5 minutes + salt and peppers* loads of fluid on the courgette level at the end but everything tasted great.
