    debuff bg? looks like you have way too many critters. Try knocking it down to 15. Also if you don't want to focus on witches then that's about 8 currently in your bg. Perhaps replace with champs that have weary/cripple.

    Note that debuff really isn't to competitive due to cleanse.

    And no, I'm fine with having witches in it, its just that that isn't supposed to be the primary idea. It just so happens theres a lot of overlap :P

    Well, these aren't neccesarily debuffs, rather, area of effects that are consistent. So, for example, you can cleanse the Mysian Lamia's shrink, but if the champ moves again (which it's liable to with my fascinates/moragen) then the shrink is applied again.
