Are you an extremely heavy gamer? IF so, probably not. We don't yet know how games will react to the new OS. If your not a heavy gamer, go for it.
Well, since the quality of Windows OSes seems to skip generations, I'd say go for it, since 8 was crap (unless you're a touchscreen kind of person, I suppose).
From all of my testing, Windows 10 will be a great OS. However, I would wait until the last possible moment to get the free upgrade so drivers can be made for your hardware if they're needed. Also many games may need patches before they'll work. If Service Pack 1 comes out before they stop giving out free upgrades, that's also a good time to upgrade. Microsoft often fixes release issues in Service Pack 1. I will be asking to have my company laptop upgraded right away, but my gaming computer I will wait until the last minute.
