when running Zombies, with ZA active or with Infected Zombie , I cant swarm a non-champ i.e. a illusion or summoned, when playing against a Kanen build the Kanen Howler can swarm on any thing, summons or illusions. Is this the way it is supposed to be or swarming is different between the factions?
The 'Swarm' mechanic is universal throughout the game and doesn't vary between factions. However, there is a difference between the Infected Zombie's 'Zombie Plague' ability and Kanen Howler's 'Swarm ability. Key in this difference is that 'Zombie Plague' only procs on non-undead champions. Were you playing against FW by chance? If not, can you provide some additional details on what happened in-game when you tried to swarm? Regardless, neither swarm mechanic should work on illusions and both should still work against summons.
