    I did say before last patch that this ability is not working properly. Still it has become active randomly. Sometime champ hit engaged champ sometime dont.

    This ability has been broken and inconsistent for a long time now. it's basically a waste of Nora on the champs that have it right now.

    It's gone thru a lot of iterations and fixes. I think it's time to let this one go.
