Anti-Spell BG's

I've really enjoyed playing Salaman with no spells.

So I ask you this... What other themes are suitable to run without spells?

SL has got some pretty decent options. From what I remember, SL/FW used to be a pretty popular deck as far as antispells modules go

 

Anybody tried salaman FS/SL split and do tainted statue works with Nora pearls ?

 

I'm just building that split as we speak!

Now I remember why I hate it... I can only ever fit 14 champs into the BG... maybe when the new mulligan rule comes in?

 

Do you maybe remember any combos or important runes from those SL/FW decks?
Its a split i always wanted to play but no idea how to have some synergy or theme in it.

 

Pack Savagery is too strong a spell to make that better than the alternative. Also, Kanen champs don't provide a wide enough range of utility to survive well without spells.

 

sl/fw spell-less attrition is funny. tends to run pretty relic heavy.

 

FW/x spell-less works until someone plays Unstable Powersource. Then you straight lose.

I believe you can have one of each and get the extra nora. I haven't tried it in a long time. I also was using Nora Well and Dragoleeches.

 

You can have both for sure... but that means with pure Salaman - 14 champs
