Are skirmish games bugged?

Not every one but sometimes whenever I que into a skirmish game I get stuck on the loading screen and am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?

 

I used to get the same problem, at least once or twice a day, all I could do was alt-F4 and try again.

 

Yeah, I've been getting them all day though. Quite frustrating. :/

 

I get this ALL the time also. Sucks..............
