So Ash Demon, while not being the most statistically terrible of runes, especially after the UD faction bonus, has been in the shoebox for quite a while for offering nothing very interesting, and nothing that other runes can't already do better. So I thought I would propose a fairly simple rework for him, keeping him cheap and making him fairly utility in enabling an Ash theme, and Ash as a terrain (In which case the base Evasive 3 bonus of Ash may even need to be toned down but lets not get ahead of ourselves). Ash Demon Race: Demon, Elemental Class: Warrior Nora: 60 DMG 8 SPD 6 RNG 1 DEF 2 HP 44 Attack: Fire Searing Touch Spellsurge: Breath of Ash When this champion is deployed, all Breath of Ash spells are revealed from your runedock. Breath of Ash spells costs 10 nora less (this does not stack) and this champion is healed for 8 HP when a friendly Breath of Ash spell is played. Trail: Ash Upgrades Blind Burn 1 Death Nova: Fire 4 Defensive Turtle
Even though I never play/like to play UD, Ash Demon should really have something to do with Trail: Ash...its just so flavorful in any way you see it!!! Supported! However, Defensive Turtle on a 60Nora grunt is a bit too much. Its so easy to pave a way by just walking blindly into an opp's font and make Ash trails everywhere. Not to mention he has blind. Maybe Fire Aura 1? Giving Anti-Perseverance to 60Nora grunt is still acceptable compared to Defensive Turtle. or maybe Fire Eater? or Acolyte?
Defensive Turtle is on Frostfall Tardigrade for 61n, and that unit is far tankier then Ash Demon, just a comparison. Acolyte could be interesting or maybe rank 1/2 of searing aura. Also I need to fix that Spellsurge text, which I will do right now >.<
