Why does he have Channelamage as an U1 line option, with he does not have an attack?

 

Bandaid fix for him because nobody knows what to do w Eternal Storm units

 

An useless bandaid right? Cause it's don't make sense at all .-.
And if change Eternal Storm to drain his own HP too it time it procs? This way it's not that OP in late games (cause it will damage him as well for 10~15 or more DMG), and you can manage to make him alive with soul siphon and dedicated supports.

 

split with st and have tundra whisper give him an attack. then you can also zealotry again.
