Aspect of death

is its ability bugged or somthing because everytime i use it no champion gets the short lived thing

 

It only gives short lived to champs with 6 or more charges, most champs have no charges, so u gotta chose when to use that skill, or use his other skill for a while to give all champs in play 6 charges.
