At first i wanted to make bleedmaster global but realised it is way to OP so i decided to give large cooldown to bleedmaster so that it can be abused What it means to the future For bleed BGs and as well as allow synergize with other bleed runes and increase healing while maintaining the UD damage of our UD beater we all love. I think it should have unique, since it's a named rune. That's like, the only thing i can come up with. -w- It seems like a nice addition to a bleed themed bg!
I just messing with ya. Train bleed is noice and precision is good. Ud needs more of it to counter ST. Ud is a melee faction so its bad against Blizzard cloak and NKD shinanagins. Wrath factions also lack healing so increasing 8 to 12 hp makes a slight difference.
but what you guys think about the train ability is the cost ok 4 nora for bleed and 7 nora for bleedmaster? edit - anything else to change?
