This is a mere informative thread. As you can see, the Owls expected problems, and after their hard work it's time for us to get our hands on it and HELP. I created a thread to address ST issues and collect suggestions. You probably should do the same on your respective faction forums. If you have a concern with any ST rune, please go here and post your problems and opinions.
Thank you for pointing this out. I was expecting rage after the revamp, but I think some people are overlooking the fact that it just the beginning step.
