Last that I checked poxbase or s-poxdb, they are three champs with this ability: AOI, Enforcer, and Sage. We are paying 4 to 10 nora for different levels of it, which are each global effects with little impact. Can it be redone or removed?
It does the exact same thing every time. it's about as consistent as an effect can get. only behind dark favor and divine favor
