- I think it will likely go to the same system that old 300k's went. There will be easy to get banners they just wont be the the same rarity, they will be something else. And the old banners will be more valuable I guess to collectors.
I suppose with Avatars, yeah. But maybe DOG will do one better and make them less auto to begin with. "Battlegroups are a set of 29 runes and a warbanner" Would be nice as an equipment that affects units near the champion. Something that isn't just slapped down and forgotten at least.
I could see war banners taking a hit and also being made exotic or at least Legendary. Bundling 'em with avatars is a good idea as well. Another option would be to have it as a special 1 time award for completing the faction walkthroughs or something. limit 1 per account per each.
That's a good call to award one at the end of tutorials. Maybe at the next rank reset we could run a "choose your faction" event where every player gets a warbanner of their choice. This idea could work in some other faction based things but I'm not sure what they'd be at this point.
