not sure how this combination is broken... sure it is nice as it maintains a higher level of damage/defense but that seems to be about it.
The whole idea is ToV + manual makes monolith impossible to kill. Blessing removes lumbering off it. It hits for like 30+ dmg with reclaim with essence capture and has sentinel. The rest of the BG is to block...feed relics to the reclaim champs...and get free manglers with disintegrate + seamstress. Magicians if you into any arrow eater, immunity magic champs.
