What it does?
I'm not able to see it in the Forge-Rune Checklist, so I don't know if it's only me or is banned ir is just firked as Static Bracelet was?

 

Gives teleport and twisted essence, if shattered champ is wandering and defiled.

 

While you're fixing this, Kiergana is missing the rune background on her page.

While it makes her sprite look totally badass, with the glow-in-the-dark book, I always forget she's a SL-UD, not a SL-SP.

 

Wtf is this Bane Shift even. Uncleansable wandering for 4 rounds? Pilfer this and viola. cc'd for couple years, and you can still teleport and use twisted essence. (25 nora)

 

Does Pilfer count as "destroying" the equip? doesnt it move it without breaking?

They need to remove their clause, or weaken it. Thing is awesome other wise, and I still include it in some decks for TL
