Blizzard compared to freeze the earth

for 5 more nora, you get aoe4 instead of aoe 2, the aoe is permanent and its also 2 turns of random movement, which can take you off capping font, and its 3 spaces of movement so no matter where you are on font, it has the potential to push you off. It seems pretty darn strong. even for just the permanent ice gen

 

Despoil and drain the earth have the same problem.

I'd personally love to see more low cost low utility spells. For some reason all spells MUST have a base cost of 25 nora, I don't really understand why. 10 and 15 nora spells would be more interesting imo.

 

10 nora spells would be super abuseable with adaptive and favour and so on

 

To clarify: I think blizzard should cost more or do less

 

then just make them not proc adaptive and favorable.
