It says that skeletons permanently gain +2 Max HP and +1 Damage for 1 turn. Which is it? (By the way, I was VERY glad to see an idea we talked about in the FW forums a few months ago make it into the game as a rune!)
For the future, since I teach English writing, it is always better to put temporal conditions (+1 damage for one turn) before eternal conditions (permanently gain +2 damage) when you have a set of information around the word "and." This will make it more clear.
skeletons permanently gain +2hp, check and gain +1dam for 1 turn. check. im kinda confused on whats so confusing.
