Comissar I need me some PIE!

So, in an article local Palaeontologists are calling 'pretty frigging cool', Yang et al. have described fossil lacewing's that have the same gross morphology as Butterflies, 45 million years before Butterflies appear in the fossil record. Even cooler, this is also before flowering plants were a thing. The fossils themselves are also really quite spectacular.
