Hi, I tried buying Grimlic's Descent campaing with gold. It denied first then I logged out then I logged in and the campaign was available for playing. But after complete first stage it locked again. I think my gold was taken, but the campaign locked again and when I try to buy, it says that it is already bought. Can you guys solve this for me? In my profile it proves that I played that campaign. Thanks.
i may have an answer. Description says that Grimlic's Decent is a 'protectorate only' battle, so i would be checking that your runes are from the protectorate side, this was probably true the first time you played then perhaps you changed your battle group to a wrath side and so it locked you out?
It sounds like a different issue to me. If you click the campaigns button on the single player tab, all purchased campaigns lock. To fix this, click on another lobby like training grounds, then go back to single player.
