They can. Illusions can also stealth.

 

Back when Ghost Stalker had Projection, Soul Collection, and Fading Recollection, the Illusions of Ghost Stalker most certainly did not auto-grab nora globes. Unless the devs changed this in the revamp, which I doubt, Illusions with Soul Collection do not auto-grab nora globes.

 

Fading light would stealth the illusion champ that got the nora globe.

 

I think that is true. If the Illusion, which had Fading Light, grabbed a nora globe, it would stealth. The question asked in this thread, though, is whether or not an Illusion with Soul Collection would auto-grab a nora globe (as opposed to moving to the nora globe). The answer to that, I believe, is no.

 

That is what i meant. I remember Soul collection triggering on illusions. I will test it out to see who is right.

 

Illusions do not get globes from soil collection. They can stealth tho, like with the hidden: terrain abilities
