Cannot display guild status and guild chat

i just enter a new guild when this happen:

but when in-game Profile it displays like this

Have you restarted the game client since joining the guild?

 

actually i joined guild yesterday and did it several times

 

Did the guild accept the application? The website will show you as part of a guild while your application is still pending, so that may be what's going on here.
