Cannot login to station acount

Hi all,

I cannot login to the stayion acount allthough the password and username is good.

I even changed the password and it still did not let me login.

If anyone can help, thanks

 

Is this on SOE's website or on the PoxNora Website?

When you log onto the PoxNora Website from Desert Owl, you should be using your PoxNora Username, not your Station Account Username

Nope....

 

Then your SOE account username and password are incorrect. You can try to file a ticket with them to try to recover them.
