Can't access decks

I have 3 decks to choose from - none of which I made. There are 3 pre made, fully levelled theme decks - ST, SP and IS. The SP deck is titled "Laughing Peaks." Any suggestions?

 

Those are the locked sample starters that you earned when you completed the Faction Walkthrough.

 

Thanks for the reply- weird thing is that none of my actual decks come up on the scroll bar. Just the samples...
