In the patch notes we state that Pale Brew has replaced Blacklabel Brew for the ability Carouse. Blacklabel Brew now functions like any normal equipment, and it does not give Carouse.
However - If the brewmaster is equipped with a blacklabel brew, shouldn't it be giving out the blacklabel brew?
I also like the question mark. Even the ability isn't sure @Senshu But yes, Brewmaster was very specifically equipped with a Blacklabel for this. So was my Militia, who also just handed out Pale Brews. (Note KTCAOP's posts)
Yeah, that part is definitely not working as described. It has been added to our things to fix list, thanks.
I will update this to say you cannot target enemy champions though. Noticed that when I first used it, but it seemed like the lesser issue
