What champions should get it? What champions should lose it? Should champions have it switched to their default upgrade? Also, ive noticed when my dwarven thug's intoxicate ends, he remains with +10 hp, is that intended? And lastly, if a champion has race dwarf and class brute and is equiped with the new blacklabel brew, will it gain 14hp or 10hp. Thank you
