Changes to snow?

    Hi I recently came back. Running a terrain bg but the snow only impeding 1.. Was there a change to snowfall?

    My snow chargers are sad

    Goyo I need me some PIE!

    Snow Chargers are sad since them lost Frost Cone...

    Also there aren't Impeding 2 terrain modifiers, other than the map itself.

    I'm not sure how it qualifies as terrain mod, but Snow Strike causes Impeding 2 according to the description.
