pretty much I think it was the shrimp I ate, must have been contaminated with something, this in combination with me feeling a bit under with flu like symptoms it somehow caused me to have liquid Bane Shift every 45 minutes for 36 hours, last was this morning and had recognizable pieces of my lunch from the day before, after that I was fit as a fiddle.

of course I always feel way better just before nearly dieing but never this long so I guess I'm fine now.
