I'd run it if it affected (cleansed) friendly and enemy and dispelled both. still gives 8hp to friendly champs. and if it had the same wait a turn clause. What about anyone else?
When i ran it, what i didnt like was that it seemed to cleanse after it healed so Inhibit was a pain in my ass. This was more of a problem when Disease had Inhibit and everyone was running Disease Breath champs.
