He needs the following change. Speed 6 (Why? He is too undercosted for what he does. 1 speed would increase this cost and keep him in line with his profile as a low damage tank.)
I think this is an excellent idea. I think +1 SPD adds 8 nora to the cost of the champion. With that said, the champ is pretty good right now and +1 SPD could certainly be seen as a buff. Maybe losing access to Tough 3 is a good additional step.
