I could not access the following link to check http://forums.poxnora.com/index.php?threads/bugs-list-and-response.534/ Regardless, hyaenid bulwark with Combat awareness upgrade took damage from lava traps summoned via the spell Erupt. Combat Awareness - "This unit only takes damage from spells and abilities if they specifically target a champion. This does not include terrain effects, conditions, or equipment on this champion." A trap isn't something that specifically targets the champion. hyaenid bulwark with CA also took damage when moving close to a rock trap and was stunned.
