Steps to reproduce: 1. Deploy Corgi Knight. 2. Charge against an illusion. a) The result is you spend AP, the illusion dies, charge goes on CD but you don't move.3. Charge against a champion while affected by bounce. a) You're knocked away, damage isn't dealt and charge goes on CD. b) If your mobility wears off or you charge outside of BtN's AoE, you will be engaged at a location you got bounced off to and cannot move. This bug applies to any champion who gets bounced, not just the charger. The crazed charger ability states you only need to use charge, not to be successful with it. @Sokolov
