Been out of the game for a bit, and I wanted to see what exactly everyone is running these days. I'm most interested in Skeletons (who don't look like they have changed much in the time I've been away), but Lich Decks look like a thing now too, would love to see some examples of both. Generally though, I'm interested in seeing lists posted and current thoughts to help me and other new/returning players.
Lich/Spirit makes a good and interesting mesh now. Skeletons are still cool and with the recent buff to Tormented Priest as well as Ichor abilities they can make some rather interesting bgs. Zombies are still good and Death Benefit in various forms is also great. Spirits are semiviable with a few non spirits included.
with the new forge I think skeleton is probably the cheapest theme to get into since its backbone is mostly rares and the exos are for the most part optional. also 30k gold is not that unreasonable a grind for the bonesaw deck (assuming the bot server can stay up). all we need now is for someone to figure out the most economical way to get forge fodder.
Welcome back! As Ragic said above me, Skeletons are fairly cheap to get through the rune forge. Lich, on the other hand, can be expansive if you want all the sweet stuffs (I could be wrong, don't play Lich). Lich are obviously playable with out high priced runes.
