Call it trivial, but... title pretty much says it all: the name and flavor, as well as the rune's effect, scream "KF." I've seen a few runes get the split treatment... things like Ghost Stalker. While on the topic: is this rune still viable, even in dedicated Ranger BGs? It feels expensive for what it does, but I am also not a great player.
Declare target is powerful, strike can be useful and arrowshot is nice. If something, the rune is only sligthly overcosted.
Right. 35 feels more appropriate to me. ...and if it became a split KF/ST equip? Would that have any negative consequences? Any obviously OP recipients of Favor in FF KF?
In KF it has the competition of horn of order, so I don't feel like it becoming split would be particularly useful, but it wouldn't hurt either IMO.
Darius was a member of the Eternal Circle and apparently gave his bow to the Jakei for safe keeping until he needed it in K'Thir again or something...?
