I mostly Leap 3 on melee units to close the gap.
Pseudo 7 speed is nice on certain maps, too.

Kartch might get it too, though, since 8 speed is also pretty great...

Hippos dont though, they dont have amphibious. Hippos love water, this is downright preposterous that my beloved hippos are now deprived of the water that they love. Also Moog and hippos are not best friends atm.
