    Hi,

I'm not sure if this is supposed to be so, but I noticed that Stitched First can use his Death Pact on enemy champions even though it's pacified.

    The ability description says:
"Death Pact: Target champion loses 50% of its current health..."
"Pacified: Target champion cannot attack or use abilities to attack..."

I'm aware that Death Pact could be used on your own champions, therefore it doesn't really count as attack, but using it on opposing champions should count as attack in my opinion.

I'd appreciate it if someone could clarify this.

    Thank you

Paper Skull I need me some PIE!

Set Ablaze works the same way.

Generally, the rule works that if it targets allies, it's not an attack.

It doesn't make 100% sense, but it does make about 70% sense.

It is not an attack and does not have any effect on the attack chain. Hence it can be used.
    It is WAI.
