Deep Elf Manslayer - Warguard ability broken?

I have played it in a few games and it doesn't seen to be triggering. Its not a particularly popular rune but I am pretty sure it isn't working right. I also have no idea where I am supposed to post this kind of thing.

As for the particular issue -- what do you mean by not triggering? Could you elaborate a little?

 

Did the Manslayer have Combat Awareness (2) upgraded?

 

How do those 2 interact?

 

Combat Awareness (2) prevents non-targeted spell damage and non-targeted ability dmg so a Manslayer with Combat Awareness (2) wouldn't lose Warcharges to anything that doesn't target it.

 

I reported already the bug, Warguard doesn't work at all against anything(spells or atks)

 

Oh yeah, I thought you meant there was a buggy interaction or something.

 

@Sokolov Is now a good time to request Warguard and its 12 nora cost be removed from Manslayer? Warguard is for cheap champs imo.

when she wasn't bugged was my main deploy on both CA and Deep Wound bg...now she's just to avoid...I hope they fix it soon(or remove warguard)

 

Oh cool looks like you all figured it out without me.

 

Imho, Warguard adds a layer of complexity that is not really needed. It could (and should) be removed.

Also, are the two unit with it paying for both the ability and the HP? I can count on one hand the time a DEMS get killed via normal HP loss.
