I have only tested the ability on bladed corpse, but I have been unable to stop last word from triggering and Lich-Born. I tested it doing the 28 days daily today.
Defile corpse hasn't worked since it was released. That's why it was taken off all the champs that initially had it.
Hopefully it makes itself into the current bug list this time so it is useable. I like it on bladed corpse.
