apparently if you deflect it it will cause ur champs to be unable to hit the one who howled. To be clearer if the champ-say crystal howler-uses HH on a champ and the defender deflects it back on crystal howler, then the fear applies to the rest of ur champs so it essentially becomes horrific aura with inability to attack the howler. Weird. Your champs won't have the debuff but they will not be able to attack the howler.
