I don't know for you guys but to me happen that sometimes works, sometimes not. And when it works doesn't give the Evasive 2 like it says in the description.
Found it Designate Flagbearer Old: Until target friendly champion within 3 spaces moves, it has Overseer: Moga 3 and friendly champions within 6 spaces of it have +1 SPD, Spell Resistance and Evasive 2. This affects a maximum of 1 target at a time. New: Until target friendly champion within 3 spaces moves, it has Overseer: Moga 3 and friendly champions within 6 spaces of it have +1 SPD, and Spell Resistance. This affects a maximum of 1 target at a time.
