Im looking at this spell. And for some reason It just seems like its been power creeped to death. Read runes like magnetize, pilfered armory, corrode, and ect And you will see where this spell is just lacking in terms of power. Positives: Target-able spell cheap Spot equipment removal without hoop jumping Negatives: cannot be used if the champion is non-target-able (shielded, KF irremovable crown) Cost more than the equipment its used on half the time Bestows a set cooldown on the equipment instead of destroying it. Its not recycle-able meaning the equipment will just be back on you in 4 rounds, while this spell has a coodown of 6. You think its time IS came out of the dark ages in terms of anti-equipment spells with a buff to this one?
What about adding a DMG debuff? it would give the spell a second utility, and flavor wise it would be like it removes also the natural weapons of the rune, it would hinder the use in your own champions though.
I would rather it just go back to AoE 2 and maybe just be a typical shatter effect for a full CD instead of the 4 turn imposed by the spell.
