I'm curious what more-experienced players think:

Independent of faction preferences, which deck has the most value when buying it twice?
It's easy enough to crunch the numbers for buying a 3rd deck, and I know this question is meta-dependent, but still.

A related question: which precon deck will bring a player closest to a tier 1/1.5 list in terms of total value?

 

If you mean shard value, then the most valueable is the ST one with 3 legs and 5 exo runes.
